Maintenance Customers receive priority scheduling over a “Time & Material” customer with the same service needs, (i.e., system out of service, power outage or any other work that needs to be scheduled.)
Discounted Visit Charge for any MOVE, ADDS or CHANGES.
On an ADD of equipment (i.e., phones headsets, cards) to your current telephone system, a MOVE of your system to a new location or within the same building, or a CHANGE to your system, you receive a $20.00 discount on the invoice.
10% Labor Discount for any MOVES, ADDS or CHANGES.
If you ADD any equipment (i.e., phones headsets, cards) to your current telephone system, MOVE any equipment to a new location or within the same building, or a CHANGE to your system, you receive a 10% discount on the labor.
FREE Program Changes
Programming changes on your telephone system, such as changing names, setting up voice mailboxes, resetting passwords, etc are FREE. (Non-Maintenance Agreement customers are billed $75.00 per hour.
We act as a liaison between you and your LOCAL DIAL TONE PROVIDER.
We can analyze line problems to determine if it is a local dial tone provider problem or an equipment problem. Call Advanced Business Communications Inc. first to determine the problem and alleviate any charges. We will also coordinate moves and line additions with your local service provider.
